By browsing this website, submitting lead callback forms, registering a student portal profile, paying tuition fees, or participating in classes at Noida Tech Academy ("NT Academy"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to all of the terms, rules, and conditions outlined in this document, you must immediately cease accessing our website and refrain from enrolling in our training tracks.

To access live bootcamps, recorded lessons, curriculum assignments, and blockchain certification registries, you must maintain an active student profile. You agree to:

  Provide Accurate Details: Your full legal name, active mobile number, valid email address, and billing parameters must be correct.

  Maintain Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your portal username, login credentials, and database tokens. Sharing portal seats is strictly prohibited.

  Unauthorized Use Notifications: You must notify the NT Academy support desk immediately of any security breaches or unauthorized profile logins.

All educational materials, recorded class videos, presentations, Figma design wireframes, codebases, assignments, and test datasets compiled by NT Academy are our exclusive intellectual property or licensed to us.

Students are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and download files for personal learning purposes only. Recording sessions, republishing resources on public platforms, or commercial exploitation of our resources will result in immediate termination of academy enrollment and legal action.

Tuition fees for each bootcamp must be paid in full or structured via approved EMI pipelines prior to batch commencement.

All fees are listed inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise during invoice processing.

To maintain a balanced student-to-mentor ratio, we enforce strict guidelines regarding batch cancellations and transitions:

1. Refund Threshold: Full refund requests are honored only if submitted via email at least 3 days before the scheduled batch launch date. No refunds are issued after the batch has started.
2. Batch Shift Requests: You may shift from online virtual classes to offline classroom batches in Noida (or vice versa) subject to seat availability and payment of batch difference fees.
3. Emergency Postponement: Under medical emergencies, students can request batch deferral to the next upcoming cohort. Deferral approval is at the sole discretion of the NT Academy administration.

All students, mentors, and staff are expected to maintain professional, polite, and inclusive interactions inside online forums, WhatsApp networks, slack slots, and the physical Noida campus.

Harassment, spamming class channels, sharing offensive material, intellectual plagiarism of fellow student projects, or copying coding files during final capstone evaluations will result in immediate expulsion from the bootcamp without refund and cancellation of credentials.

Noida Tech Academy strives to provide high-quality learning materials and mentor support. However, we do not guarantee job selection, salary packages, or immediate corporate hiring upon graduation. Career placement depends on student interview performance, capstone completion, and market recruitment demand.

In no event shall NT Academy or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, syllabus updates, or scheduling shifts.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, student enrollments, or portal use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
